PE python release #4

DOWNLOAD (Mediafire ~47MB) yes seriously, due to pictures and two animations.

most important changes: (details in changelog.txt)
- NEW: added job pics
- NEW: action 'do chores' to train skills a little
       plus little animation; needs 10 stamina
- NEW: tentacle rape random event similar like the one
       in the construct version implemented (for testing purposes chance is 99% =D )
- NEW: added language selection to settings.py
- FIX: leghair grew too fast ^^

also note that you have to go through the little char creator, else the game won't start.
